Mortgage equity withdrawal rises
LONDON (Reuters) - Mortgage equity withdrawal rose to 11.806 billion pounds in the fourth quarter of 2005 or 5.6 percent of post-tax income, the Bank of England said on Tuesday.

More homeowners unlock equity
